ご挨拶

期目の当選をさせて頂き、二年が過ぎました。
この間、第６７代副議長として、様々な経験をさせて頂きました。
円滑な議会運営の補佐役として、綿密な打ち合わせに参加し、時には議長の代理で議事進行役も務めました。
また、議会改革を進める議長のもとで、議会の評価やＩＣＴ化の議論を深め、次につなげることができました。
『災害時の議員の行動マニュアル』を、現在の形に沿って整えられたことは、いざという時市民の皆様にとって頼れる議会に一歩近づけたのではないかと思っています。
二年経ったいま、副議長任期が終了し、議員として議会で質問ができるようになりました。
９月定例会議では、早速一般質問で登壇し、市政運営、教育行政について質問しました。

その内容について、ご報告させていただきます。
どうぞ、足をお運びください。

これからも初心を忘れず、声なき声に心を寄せ、市民の命と心身の健康を守ることを心がけて活動してまいります。

戸籍の交付手数料は、年金の請求や児童扶養手当の手続きに必要な時には、市長の決断によって無料にできます。
しかし、厚木市はまだ有料（一通450円）です。
なぜ？
その疑問を議会で問いただしました。
